Day 1: A HoshinCloud Implementation Specialist will be with you to ensure HoshinCloud integrates seamlessly into your ecosystem. Our team will do a current state and future state (HOL) analysis to understand your business, set deployment goals and build a timeline. We'll take you through the process of implementing your secure goal deployment platform for your organization. Virtual web meetings for both individual and group training sessions will be scheduled to ensure that your teams become experts in using HoshinCloud.

Technical Support
Technical support by Email/Chat/Phone included - 24 hour email/chat support and server monitoring will be provided. We keep up-to-the-minute hot backups that we can use to restore the entire system. In addition, we recommend that all our customers keep their own copies of their data which can be managed directly inside HoshinCloud. New versions are released once in 25/30 days. All product updates included as part of the license. Daily data back up included. Optionally, data can be backed up to your servers.
